FACT: The wealthy affiliate is the one with the most free time!

If you are wondering what it takes to make the wealthy affiliate a wealthy affiliate, then I have the answer for you.

The person with the most free time is the person that is most wealthy.

You can have billions of dollars, but if you have no time to enjoy it, you are far from wealthy.

I remember a time when I was sitting in a coffee shop eavesdropping on this lady that was talking to the barista.

She was bragging about how her husband/boyfriend was so successful in his business.

I listen to this conversation for almost an hour. The entire time while these ladies were talking about how successful this gentleman was, he was on his phone busy making phone calls. He had no free time to even say hello to the barista or talk with his wife. He was busy, busy, busy.

That, to me, is not wealthy.

Unless of course you enjoy talking on the phone, then maybe this is the ideal business success for you.

Personally, I do not enjoy making phone calls and babysitting a bunch of employees or sales reps.

This is why I like investing in REITS, and posting online as an affiliate marketer.

Passive ongoing recurring income is the way to play.

REITs is an acronym for Real Estate Investment Trusts.

My primary interest in REITS is the diversity of the portfolio and the necessity of having a roof over our head to provide security.

Security is on the top of the list according to Abraham Maslow. Therefore, the security that a roof over your head provides will be in high demand and desire from humans for a long time to come.

Think about it!

ever since man walked out of the cave, he was ready to run back in, as soon as it began to rain. We need protection from the elements, therefore real estate is a pretty secure investment.

So, what is Legendary Marketer and how do I use it?

Are you asking, what is Legendary Marketer and can you make money with it?

Here is my answer, and my opinion.

The Legendary Marketer program was created by David Sharpe. He used to work with David Wood with the Empower Network.  So, this is where David Sharpe got a lot of his knowledge, experience and savvy.

Legendary Marketer is a training program that teaches you how to promote products and services. It is about being a marketer and the things you can learn can be implemented into other aspects of developing a lifestyle of freedom, fun and fulfillment!

There is a problem with most training programs. The problem is, the beginner marketers, start promoting the program, more than learning how to do marketing for multiple other products. It ends up being a marketing incest cult and a bunch of marketers, selling Marketing Training to other Marketers to make money selling more marketing training.

HOWEVER, if you can take the time to actually learn marketing techniques and strategies so that you can promote and sell the millions of products available, other than just the Legendary Marketer program, you can become a successful Marketer and become financially free.

David Sharpe has done a pretty good job of keeping the mix of legitimate Marketing away from the Ponzi money making scheme.

when these programs get to be too much about making money, and less focus on serving customers and promoting products and services to better the community and the world, it can get messy. For the love of money is the root of all evil.

Learn to serve.

Do you partake in the Scream Town Experience?

If you live in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, you have certainly heard of Scream Town and perhaps you have even attended.

This event was created and is produced by one of my fellow Magician colleagues here in the Twin Cities.

It is a very well run production, and as an event professional I have high respect for this gentleman.

Occasionally, because of the large numbers attending these type functions, there can be some people that get out of control. They will start taking advantage of the excitement and often times get out of hand.

The attendees at this attraction, need to obey rules, and act with respect.

When you attend these functions, please act with respect and dignity and enjoy the experience and have fun.

Ahhh, so this is why Minnesota Health Insurance is so expensive!

Do you wonder WHY Minnesota Health Insurance is crazy nuts expensive? It is because the corporations and organizations involved are greedy, gluttonous and corrupt.

Most of the individuals involved, have good intentions, and our peer and actually caring people. I mean people like the nurses and assistance. Even most of the the doctors and surgeons are genuinely concerned and caring people.

But when the dollar signs $$$ show up, it is very easy for greed, gluttony and corruption to take hold.

DISCLAIMER, I am not a insurance professional or a medical professional or a healthcare professional. I’m just a person with an opinion.

Let’s start first with the pharmaceuticals. If you have ever watched these TV commercials promoting pharmaceutical drugs, everything is rainbows and wonderful. They will show a healthy wonderful couple skipping through a Daisyfield, and suggesting that they are so happy because of this drug.

Then, in the same commercial they will tell you about all of the side effects that will very possibly happen when you take this drug. That is their disclaimer so they don’t get in trouble.

And there is the insurance companies, that provide you with the funds to take care of yourself if something were to happen. However, they also take payments from hundreds of thousands of millions of people to put into this pool so that once in a while on rare occasion people need to use their insurance. Then some of the insurance companies try to avoid the claims.

Don’t get me wrong. Insurance is a good thing to have, but it has also got out of control.

Then there are the medical device manufacturers that make the machines and the different types of tools or products that need to be used for surgery or rehabilitation.

Why are these medical devices so expensive? certainly, there are some precision instruments necessary, but I do believe that many of these devices are way over priced. Why are they overpriced? Because they can be. Often times the insurance companies, manufacturers or distributors are willing to pay these manufacturers for these products and services.

All of this would be fine, if it was not for the greed and gluttony that is human nature.
