The inception of the Internet has made it the go to place for people to research and do their shopping.

Often times, the perception of a business on the Internet is assumed professional, because the programmers and designers are able to make it appear that way.
However when you are in the business of real estate, or any business for that matter, it comes down to the individual person that you are dealing with. Are they reputable? Can you trust them? Do they know what they are doing?

For real estate agents, it is a matter of staying top of mind with their prospective customers. We do this using a software platform called MailBoxPower, that uses the United States Postal Service to send postcards, greeting cards and personalized gifts.
I called this my Magic Marketing Tool, because of the features inside that allow you to schedule and automate processes. There is even a list builder inside where you can purchase mailing lists, and a print merge function so you can personalized each individual piece.
