Some people feel that they make play money and not real money. They make their money, and spend it on stupid stuff like cigarettes and alcohol.

I like this picture because it looks like you can plant money and grow money trees. Of course we know that is not the case, but the analogy of planting seeds, generating leads and harvesting the fruits of our labor is a real thing.

The new generation of millennials are considered the… make money kids because they are able to leverage technology and earn when ever they need to make a few bucks. They can make money no money can buy this knowledge.

The advantage of working at Caribou coffee locations, is they have free Wi-Fi, and they are readily available. The Wi-Fi actually works pretty well.

A disadvantage to working the Caribou coffee locations is the noise level. They are always making those espresso coffee’s with that loud sound.

I wondered if I could make money driving lyft and I found out I could but not much. The wear and tear on your car is bad and you are limited by the hours of the day.

Can you make good money driving lyft of course but there are draw backs like the amount they pay per mile or minute. So when you ask, can you really make money driving lyft the answer is yes, but. As for how to make money driving for lyft you need to be available to take the rides. Don’t decline.

Is it worth it?

I will admit, it is the easiest money I have ever made in my life. However, you are limited by how much you drive, and how much you can drive in a day. Being an entrepreneur, I do not like limitations. I like to find money making opportunities that are scalable, recurring and passive.

What is scalable, recurring and passive?

Scalable means you are able to make one dollar and scale it up to $100 or $1000 or more.

Recurring means that it happens over and over and over again. Just like your monthly bills come every month, you want income that comes in every month.

Passive means that you did the work, and the money comes in automatically into the future, from the work you did in the past.

Affiliate Marketing can be passive.

The affiliate marketing model for making money can create passive income. Because, you do a blog post like I am doing this one, and the revenue may come in the future when you may be sleeping or out to a movie.

The affiliate marketing model can also be recurring. What you need to do is find membership subscription type business offers, that pay recurring commissions. The Wealthy Affiliate Membership is a recurring membership and pays recurring commissions.

Can you make money selling real estate or is a saturated marketplace?

Learn how to make money selling real estate without being a Real Estate Agent. You may ask, can i make money selling real estate without a Real Estate License?

The question always arises. Can you make money selling real estate or is it a saturated market place and too crowded? I do not believe that it is too crowded because there are new people coming in to the world that need shelter. Maslow‘s hierarchy of needs says we need security, and shelter is security.

Do you need to be an agent?

The truth is, you do not need to be a real estate agent to make money selling real estate. In fact, you do not even need to sell real estate. You can be an investor in a real estate project and still make money in real estate.

I am invested in REITs which stands for real estate investment trust. I don’t own any property personally. However I do make money off of the invested money. So I am invested in commercial and residential, retirement homes, vacation homes, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and even storage lockers.

Do you need a license?

As already mentioned, you do not need a license nor do you need to be a real estate agent to make money in the real estate world. You only need to know the right people, and know what to invest in.

Real estate is passive income, similarly so is affiliate marketing. You basically invest your time and money at one time. And then later down the road, you receive dividends or commissions.

Have you ever been driving cross-country and wonder where are the hotels near me so I can get some sleep?

When we lived in Asheville North Carolina for a couple years, we made frequent trips back home to Minneapolis. I say “home“ because Minneapolis is our actual home. When we would take that drive, we were always wondering where the hotels nearby were located. Because, as you may very well know, while driving cross-country when you get tired, it hits you fast.

In the earlier days, before the Internet, the way to find a hotel, was to just simply drive until you saw one. Nowadays, with the Internet, you can plan ahead, and find the hotels that are nearby, and even call them to make last-minute reservations.

Now that we have Airbnb, there are many other options for finding accommodations while traveling. So, then there are now fewer reasons to be concerned about finding hotels near me and I can rest assured I will have a place to put my head.
