Is Edina Realty of MN getting beat by EXP Realty?

Real estate has always been a popular industry. We all need a roof over our heads. But the business of being a real estate agent has got very competitive recently. A popular real estate business in Minneapolis where I live, is Edina Realty of MN but The Internet has popularized a company called EXP Realty.

Being totally open and transparent, I have not done a real lot of research into EXP realty, but from what I understand it is a little bit like Keller Williams in that it uses a tiered model.

I don’t think Edina Realty is going to get beat by EXP Realty anytime soon.

Since the Internet many business models have been replicated, copied, duplicated or simply stolen.

I’ve even heard that some real estate organizations are using a Multi Level Marketing model or MLM for short.

I will admit, I have attempted some MLM Companies, with no real success. Personally, I don’t think the MLM model is designed for the individual to succeed. It’s designed to retain.

The more modern middleman model is popularized by Amazon. And that is the affiliate marketing model where the individual is a middleman between the product or service and the prospective customer.

I prefer Affiliate Marketing, in fact I started my own Affiliate program called the Synergy and Affiliate program and use it to compensate the sales reps from the Minnesota Event Expo held in March here in Minneapolis.

Another marketing method I use is direct mail postcards. Are use a platform called MailBoxPower that uses the Internet and the United States Postal Service to send postcards, greeting cards and personalize gifts.

I called this my Magic Marketing Tool, because of the features that allow you to automate tasks.

These Affiliate Marketing Strategies for beginners actually work!

Regardless, if you are just getting started, or you are a veteran Affiliate Marketer, here are some affiliate marketing strategies for beginners that really work.

#1) Define your passion or interest. Get real clear on the industry that you are going to serve.

#2) Start building an audience around this industry that you are interested in and are passionate about. If no one else is interested, it’s probably not a good Industry to be in.

#3) If your topic of interest is attracting some attention, and you are getting some interest and engagement, start seeking out products and services that are in that industry.

#4) Don’t blatantly push your products and services in the face of these people. Be very subtle about the Industry and Community you are serving. Just create valuable and interesting information and very subtlety mention the products or services.

#5) Make sure the niche you are working is not saturated and overpopulated. If it is, consider defining a more specific niche.

As an example, if your interest is fishing, consider focusing on flyfishing. Or possibly get more specific as fly fishing for trout. The more defined you get, the less crowded the space will be.

Here’s how businesses in downtown Minneapolis will come back.

Our economy in downtown Minneapolis has been impacted from the recent riots, looting, arson and ignorance.

However, it will spring back. The reason it will come back in my opinion is people have a need to come together. Even if they have a disagreement, there is a natural instinct to come together.

Disagreement and competition or short-lived. There is a desire for people to come together in Community, Collaborate and cooperate with each other.

I have found this in business as well as society. Part of the reason that I created the Synergy Collaborative is because I know that more gets accomplished when people work together.

There are multiple ways to keep the cash flowing in the communities in and around Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our Twin Cities area is bustling with activity.

I’m more of a political note, I still believe that the universal basic income concept introduced by Andrew Yang is a viable concept to stimulate the economy in our cities.

Business Travelers use MSP Airport Parking to save time and money.

Business travelers know that spending too much time looking for your car can be a huge waste. This is why they use MSP Airport Parking to park their cars when traveling for business.

I did an informal voice survey at the Minnesota Event Expo in March. I was surprised at how many people used the MSP airport parking instead of parking in the general lot.

Certainly, traveling to and from the airport can be done with a Lyft or Uber ride, but sometimes it is nice to have your own vehicle.

I wonder, how was technology made to be so complicated?

Do you ever wonder, how was technology made to be so complicated and confusing to the average person?

I believe, the Internet is a contributing factor to the complexity of technological communication and understanding.

When I am planning out my strategies for Affiliate Marketing and Event Marketing, I try and keep things as simple as possible. Even if the technology is in depth and complex, I prefer only to use the basic elements so I am not spending a lot of time learning and troubleshooting technology situations.

One of the software platforms that I use to promote my events and my affiliate offers, is called MailBoxPower and it uses the United States Postal Service to deliver postcards, greeting cards and personalize gifts.

MailBoxPower can get complicated, however I prefer to use the basics. I send a lot of Postcards because they are very affordable, and the delivery is much more dependable than email or social media posting.
